George R. Hopkins

Unholy Retribution

Who is killing apparently innocent Muslims on Staten Island? All the clues point to Jesuit priest Jack Bennis, a former Black Ops lieutenant. But if he isn’t the cold-blooded murderer, who is? And why do all the clues point to Fr. Bennis? When the priest’s brother, Detective Tom Cavanaugh tries to help, the ramifications of Cavanaugh’s past affair with the lead detective’s sister create more problems for both of them. The mutual attraction of a nurse and the priest add to Fr. Bennis’ predicament. As both brothers try to find the killer, the stakes rise and they find themselves fighting community pressure and avoiding arrest from local police, the FBI, Homeland Security, and Interpol.
